Ingredients for four people

  • mushroom     500 g
  • olive oil     4 tbsp
  • hot pepper     1
  • Medium tomatoes     1
  • Lemon juice     2 tbsp
  • fresh parsley     20 g
  • Garlic powder     1 tsp
  • Salt     1.5 tsp
  • Black pepper     1 tsp

Grilled Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Wash and dry the mushrooms, then pour them into a large bowl. Peel the tomatoes, and remove the hot pepper seeds.
  2. Pour tomatoes, hot pepper, fresh parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the blender and mix.
  3. Add the mixed ingredients to the mushrooms bowl and mix by hand for a few minutes. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until the mushrooms are flavored.
  4. After an hour, take the bowl out of the refrigerator. To skewer the mushrooms, you should use thin metal skewers so that the mushrooms do not crack.
  5. Press the mushroom lightly with your hand, then insert the skewer from the end. After skewering all the mushrooms, light the coals.
  6. Place the skewers on the barbecue and cook the mushrooms for 12 to 15 minutes. Finally, put the mushrooms in the dish of your choice and serve with your favorite sauce.
